Just wanted to say thanks to some great people! I recently purchased a used trailer from a third party seller and brought it to these guys for help fixing it up. They did not even care that I did not purchase the trailer from them and were more than happy to help with the repairs. Not only did they help with the repairs, they did not even charge me for the parts or service! This is just the type of people they are at RVMAX. You can be sure they will treat you right because they are honest and helpful. I would recommend this dealer over all others in the area. As a first time RV buyer, I had a great buying experience at RV Max. Mike spent as much time as we needed answering our questions and making sure we were picking the right trailer. Fast forward 5 years (!), we stopped by RV Max with trailer brake problems on our way out of town for a long weekend. Mike and Nathan dropped what they were doing and spent the next 1.5 hours getting us back on the road, and on our way out Mike handed us his card and said to call anytime with questions or problems. First class sales and customer service. I won't go anywhere else.

In January 2017 my wife and I took delivery of a used Carriage Domani 5th wheel from Mike Williams and his dealership. We live over 3 hours away, so it was a two trip process to buy and take delivery of the unit. WOW, were we treated like royalty! There were several things that needed to be inspected and attended to. Mike made many promises, and he fulfilled every one of them. I have dealt with several RV dealers in the past, and experience the worst to good service. I was quite skeptical dealing with a person and company 3 houirs away. I can't say enough good things about Mike and his family and staff! I highly recommend RV Max to any and all! Thank you.

my friend purchased a 5th wheel from Tom at RV Max. She picked it up several months after the purchase. Mike made sure everything was ready to go for her. After we parked it in her site several issues had come up. Mike said he would take care of it and make sure her trailer was right. I am here to tell you this dealership is awesome. Mike had Nathan come out and fix the 5th wheel. It is such a pleasure to deal with a company that does what they say. Mike and Nathan thank you VERY much for everything you did and living up to your commitments and word. You just don't get that much any more.

I have never had a better experience making a purchase!!! Everything went perfectly buying a truck camper and three months after purchase came across a few issues, some major, which had been overlooked. Mike said bring it back in, over the next month Nathan went through everything and even fixed a few things I hadn't noticed. Trust me, you will love everything about doing business with RVmax. I have to say the nicest staff I have ever come across. I only wish we asked them to consign our other trailer. The other place in the area still has yet to call back my husband. Hmmm why we didn't buy trailer from there. These guys are extremely attentive to their customers and if they don't know the answer they find out the answer.

In my opinion there is no other SANE way to buy a used RV than to purchase from RVMAX!
In the state of Caifornia a used RV dealership must guarantee that everything is in working condition when you purchase it. RVMAX goes farther than that. If you find something wrong after the purchase let them know and they will take care of it. They want to have the best reputable used RV business in the area and they protect that reputation! They WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!
I was about to purchase from a private owner. When he moved the RV a huge gush of water began to leak out from the
underneath membrane all along the seam! Ask yourself "What guarantee do you have 2 miles down the road after purchasing from a private owner?" ANYTHING could be wrong and you now have to pay to fix it yourself! I got lucky and didn't purchase that RV. That owner told me he sold it 2 hours later to someone else! (Sorry if that was you.) After that experience, I went straight to RVMAX and made a purchase. Once the RV was at my location I noticed one of the walls was spongy and able to be pushed in. I called RVMAX and they came to my location and transported my RV over 20 miles back to their shop, rebuilt the wall and transported the RV back to my location all at their expense. They also apologized that they did not catch the wall's condition earlier. I have nothing but good things to say about the owner Mike, his daughter Jennifer, his brother Gary, my salesman Walt, Susan in the office, Nathan the guy who rebuilt the wall, Ray at their Loomis location and even the transporter, Bud, who helped cut some trees that were in the way at my location! These people still have the old fashioned customer service, compassion, and integrity we all are looking for and is so scare these days. They all are definitely a breath of fresh mountain air as I picked out an RV by myself 3,000 miles from home. THANK YOU ALL, you did a TREMENDOUS job! I wish I could speak to the people reading these testimonials. You just can't convey in a few short written sentences the sincerity of your words. Mike and company are the genuine deal. If you are looking for a trailer then you know once you've seen a few they're all basically the same. What you don't normally get at the other places are the people behind the sale that just give you that good vibe. That "I'm here to get you what you want and need, not to make a commission sale" feeling. We worked with sales, Tom, wonderful experience. We worked with Mike when we decided to buy, same thing. We had to peel ourselves away from just having a great conversation and hanging out for too long. And then the walk through with Gary, could not have gone better: Patient, knowledgeable, great insider tips. When you pull out of this place with your trailer you know you have backing and support for those just in case moments. You can buy a trailer at a lot of places, but good luck finding a place with this team.

This is a dealer that everyone should buy from. They stand by their word of wanting their customers to be 100% satisfied. Mike & Jenna went above and beyond to help fix a problem that occurred after driving off the lot when they didn't have to. Not only did they fix the problem (at their cost) they also fixed another problem that traveling in the wind caused. They're whole crew from sales, walk-through, and service are friendly and want to answer any questions or concerns you have. Their facilities are clean and they follow COVID guidelines by providing masks & sanitizers. I can't thank them enough they are my hero! Thank you, RV Max!

My experience with RVMAX and Mike was something that could (and should!) be taught to other businesses. In fact it was a reminder how any transaction or communication between people should take place. Simple, honest, helpful, friendly and accommondating. I was actually referred to Mike by another dealer, that alone gave me a hint of his reputation in the marketplace. My dealing with Mike and his wonderful staff was a joy, they seem to all have the same passion for customer service. Working with them I felt as if I were part of a family and a member of their team. I say this because I always look for a mutual outcome in any business dealing and felt as if they truly listened to my needs and respected me. We bought our very first trailer this week, and I cant imagine buying it from any place else than RVMAX. Theres a familiar culture there at RVMAX that makes you feel completely welcome and comfortable. Like youve known them forever. Michele, the sales associate, was such a pleasure to work with. Being a seasoned RVer herself, she was so informative and seemed more than happy to listen to all our questions and guide us as we worked to narrow our choice between two specific models. With any business, it starts from the top down, and when we met the owner, Mike Williams, we knew this was where we wanted to buy our first trailer. When you meet Mike, you will get an immediate sense of his honest approach and genuine sincerity. Mike took as much time as we needed to personally answer many of our more technical and procedural questions. He made sure that we were 100% comfortable with the answers and that we were completely satisfied with our decision. When it came time to start the paperwork, Jenna, the co-owner, made the signing process very simple. She did all the work getting paperwork ready and recommended financing options. It was really very easy. On our walk through day, Gary was terrific. He went through every feature on the trailer explaining how everything worked and made completely sure that WE knew how everything worked. He personally installed our new weight distribution hitch and made sure that we were completely comfortable with EVERYTHING before pulling away. And before we did, both Mike and Gary assured us that we could call any time with questions as we continue to familiarize ourselves with our new toy. The team at RVMAX didnt sell us our trailer. They helped us buy it. And we LOVE it! Thank you sincerely Michele, Mike, Jenna and Gary. We are very happy we went to this dealership when looking to buy an RV earlier this year. We were looking into purchasing a used RV to begin towing journeys for the first time, we love camping and had only been out with tent and using our pop up camper. In early 2022, we purchased a 20 year old used fifth wheel from RV Max, and we had such a great all around experience. The staff and owner were pleasant to talk with and professional in their approach. We were also able to take our time to decide on a fifth wheel, as it was helpful to be able to view a number of different types of floor plans first hand and select from a wide variety inventory located onsite as well as a short drive to another sales location in nearby Loomis. The owner provided a comfortable sound purchase process. The RV was cleaned, inspected and made road ready prior to pick up. If we ever are looking to buy again, we will definitely go back to RV Max!

We visited multiple dealers (new and used) throughout Northern Ca. looking for our next 5th wheel. As this would be our 3rd rig, we were very specific on what we wanted. Most of the dealers we visited were always trying to sell what they had in the lot. I stopped by both RV MAXX stores every weekend and their staff was always honest and knowledgeable about the units they had in stock. When I told them what we were looking for, they said keep coming back because they are moving so much inventory. Lick would have it, after 3 months of looking, I found what we wanted in their Craigs list ad, it hadnt even made the webpage. I emailed Steve, saw it the next day and purchased it. That was the first half of our great experience. The staff walked us through the unit on the day of pickup and it looked great. A couple days after I got it home while I was loading gear, I noticed a few things that I thought should be repaired. I called Mike, he was more than happy to make the repairs and I was on my way. He told me to take it out a few times and let him know if anything else isnt just right. Well, after our 2nd trip, I found a leak in the roof, called him up, dropped it off and Mike took care of it. He told me that in the future if we come across any issues to bring it in and hed take care of it. I want to give Mike and his staff a big thank you for there professionalism, knowledge and great customer service. This rig is perfect for my wife and I and the the new grandkids and will last us for quite sometime. If your in the market for like new used rvs check out RV MAXX and you wont be disappointed!

Jane is the owner of RV Max which is a small family business in Rocklin. We have been looking for a used car for several weeks and came across a used vehicle at RV Max. Never thought to look at RV dealer for a vehicle but we decided to take a look at it.
When we arrived we were approached by Kyle who was a very nice sales person, respectful and not pushy. We had a lot of questions and he was very kind in providing the best knowledge of the vehicle.
Jenna, the owner made the transaction smooth and stress free. We asked for an oil change and even though this is her busy time of year she made it happen. I had lots of questions and needed to text Jenna often and she always responded and was so patient with me.
